Went to see it with the missus. I must admit I enjoyed it but I'll have to watch it again just to make sure I got the story right in my head. The ending kinda puzzled me. Its a good horror and a different outtake on evil.
Some good special effects too. I liked the fella with the big sword, nasty.
I remember playing the game when it first came out. I'd wait until it was dark then turn the lights out and turn the sound up. Damn that game scared the bejesus out of me.

I watched Silent Hill the other day its a good film but it lost me within the first 10 minutes.........

 Urgh!
As an avid fan of the game I admit I was a bit let down by the film. The main baddie (Pyramid Head) wasn't in it long enough, although he does have the best scene throughout the whole movie. Makes me cringe everytime.
Oh yeah.....I'm new here and didn't know if you had a 'Hello I'm New' section so......
