This programme should be called "Worst Acted". If you're going to fake a paranormal show at least have the good grace to do it with a bit of finesse. What's the budget on this show - about two pounds fifty? The part where Karl 'spontaneously combusted' - was so poorly executed and acted I was once again almost embarrassed for them, if it wasn't for the irritating thought that they're making so much money out of this rubbish. Karl's jacket wasn't even burned, the acting was appalling from both Karl and Stuart, conveniently Karl was out of shot when it all supposedly happened and Stuart - conveniently - barely got a shot of it. More tellingly, despite learning that her husband had just been on fire, Yvette didn't act like she was particularly bothered and barely asked him if he was okay (because she knew it was a stunt), Beardy didn't freak out for once (because he knew it was a stunt) and Glen the skeptic looked - frankly - embarrassed that he'd been party to such clumsy faking.
How the hell are they still getting away with such amateurish crap? As I said, if you're going to fake a paranormal show at least do it with a bit of style and finesse.
Oh and what happened to Fred's 'haunted' doll? It didn't make another appearance !

I was once again almost embarrassed for them, if it wasn't for the irritating thought that they're making so much money out of this rubbish. They lose money on every episode they make, they make money from their live experience ghost tours. Thats why they take the loss on the TV show, as it keeps them getting new customers. The budget is the answer why they are so crap. HOWEVER, at least with the doll and Karls arm stunt, they are trying, and I will give them that, it gives me something to wrote about, instead of endless taps and knocks, and things being thrown off camera. I bet his doll was the legit old doll, so was kept safe and out of harms way from Stuart and his pyrotechnics.
