She is appealing because she doesn't want more details of the settlement to be released whereas Paul does. I wonder why that would be Having watched quite a bit of her ad-hoc press conference on the news, she really is a nasty, nasty piece of work. Unfortunately for her, I think the press will really go to town on her given any opportunity. Can't see many people (myself included) having any sympathy at all for her. She wanted £125 million!

Paul was asked after all this divorce carry on if he would ever go down on one knee again. He said 'No, and I would prefer if you called her Heather'. Sorry!

Two can play at that game ;D
After her recent rant on GMTV, a psychologist said that Heather Mills is clearly unbalanced. Sir Paul phoned in and said that a couple of beermats under her left leg does the trick.
Heather Mills was seen leaving the divorce court yesterday with a glint in her eye, a smile on her face and a skip in her hop
Heather Mills got a new prosthetic leg for Christmas. It wasn't her main present, it was just a stocking-filler.

I dont understand how she even got a settlement considering all the bulls*it shes said in the press. I wouldnt think she'd have a leg to stand on when it came to a settlement.

Her lawyers were about as useful as a one legged man in an arse kicking competition. She hired them when she was entered in the same competition. T

I really usually don't get involved in these things as I really don't care, but I did see her shouting "His daughter is only going to get £37,000 a year (or something like that) so she will be flying economy while he travells the world in a private jet".
B*lls*it I thought.
I pay maintenance for my daughter (though not that much) but that does not mean it is the ONLY money I supply, how could this bint think that she could get anyone to believe that the Dad wouldn''t chip in with extra?
One of the most badly thought out rants I've ever heard.

I saw this too Ogre and thought to myself I wish I only had £35,000 a year (between 4 of us) to live on and not have to pay any bills or tax or buy any food. How poor and deprived her child must feel. For someone who is supposedly driven by her charity work, she certainly didn't come across as very charitable in that speech did she

I really don't think she should have got that much. His wealth was made way before her and she shouldn't have been entitled to it.
As for the hearing to stop the court from releasing everything why bother, Heather says it is to protect her daughter but she hardly thought about that when she went on TV not so long ago and showed herself for what she was.
Yet again she was the one coming out of court going on about the case not Paul.
£24 million for just less than four years of marriage is ridiculous!

I've skimmed through it.
I can understand why she didn't want it published. I think the Judge has dealt with it really well, when you think of what he's had to sift through!
With regards to their daughter, they have shared custody, so you could argue that the £35000 per year is really for 26 weeks of the year. He is paying for the Nanny and for their daughter's schooling.
It was her comments about Paul travelling first class when her daughter would be travelling economy that shocked me. Up until then, I didn't really have an opinion.
Hopefully, she'll move on now and focus on her daughter and her charity work.

Wasn't it proven in her tax returns there was no evidence she subscribed to any charity
