Am certain I heard in an interview with Yvette recently that she herself was in training to become a medium, so that would work out perfectly for them if they were to go their seperate ways with Living they wouldn't need a guest medium on the show anymore That would never surprise me. I think she's been leading up to that for a while judging by her ridiculous acting ages back when I did still watch it! I remember one time when Karl was "calling her back" when she'd either been "possessed" or remembering a past life, I thought then she was aiming to become the next great medium .... well in her egotistical mind anyway

I just thought I'd let you know that I emailed Antix Productions the other day about Yvette training to be a medium. A member of the team sent me a reply. Short and sweet but she said she was pretty sure the rumours weren't true. As she said she's "pretty sure" which means it's not ruled out altogether. If there's anything else I'll let you know.

Thanks for finding out tho Conbott I googled that many ways of finding out shmumph I literally jammed the computer up. Then I thought I'll try antix. Maybe the team member that got back to me had to say it that way. I'm sure you heard it somewhere given how much secrecy there is. I'll have to check every now and again for any updates.

Broadcasters, even the best of them, will purchase programmes and the rights allow them to be screened over a period of time and for a certain number of times. These rights are actually very expensive. But even having a channel on Sky at all costs thousands, before you even show any programmes. I really like what they are trying to do. But the lack of budget is inhibiting. I would prefer to see some new home grown ideas. Whether you enjoy MH for entertainment value or not if you're interested in the subject you'll give the shows a go. Having Paul Ross read a ghost story and try and do voices is pretty poor. But with the right talent, that could be a decent alternative to Jackanory.

You're spot on with that observation Tracy. What gets to me is where does that woman get the money from to set up a channel like this if it so expensive?
She gets it from deliberately attempting to see a viewing audience of the younger generation with pathetic programmes like Most Haunted?
Who gets the revenue from the constant invites to text in at stupid charges, the DVD sales, the rights to the programme etc etc.
The woman has made a fortune out of running around screaming her head off and having her husband and extended family thow stones about.
They've ripped off a very vulnerable age group in our society in order to achieve personal wealth.

I haven't watched the channel in ages, however I do like abit of nostalgia from time to time like the Arthur C Clarkes programmes, but not every frigging day, to be quite honest i am very surprised this channel is still around because anybody who does watch this channel must of seen the same programmes repeated constantly.

Traceyg ,it`s the same with living t v, How many times can they show most haunted. Even the ones with good old Degsie are still there, last night while trolling through the channels looking for something to watch I came across the one where he got it wrong[again] over a bed that was in a wrong room. Surely the present crew of M H must cringe when they are still being associated with him after he has been gone for so long. I know I am and they are the ones that set him up.
