The easiest way to make complaints to TSS is to call Consumer Direct on 08454 04 05 06, it's a National number but on a landline you'll get through to your local branch - on a mobile you have to input your postcode. CD will refer any potential offences through to the relevant TSS. Their database is National also and can be seen by the OFT and TSS. If enough complaints go in regarding certain 'traders' then they are flagged up. Calls are 4p per minute from landlines, mobiles vary as always but you can ask them to provide a direct landline number. You can also send complaints in via webform on their website: www.consumerdirect.gov.uk

It's always worth making a complaint to Trading Standards - don't forget that many people who are conned by psychics/healers etc feel too embarrassed to make a complaint themselves!

Hi, ive been thinking of going for a reading. But worry about what I do if I feel it wasn't a positive experience, the info here has helped. It's easy to be duped when you are vulnerable, and looking for answers or closure when you loose a loved one. I know I have a certain expectation perhaps do some more research first. Ty

Hi Chellez. Welcome to the forum. Firstly DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A READING!
If teh reading is good, you have still be conned. If the reading is bad, you have been conned and will feel terrible.
Mediums do not communicate with the dead, psychics cannot see the future, these are two scientific and historical facts
