I think the guy probably got a bit cocky when he realised how many people he could fool. I also believe he did not realise how skeptics know more about the subjects he specialises in that he does.
Threatening to sue people smacks of desperation. From the man who thinks he can sure people for "deformation".

Remember Gary's peddling of Brain Gym, and the fact that his name didn't appear on the list of authorized instructors? I've just noticed that all mention of BG has been removed from the Events section of his website. Although he was still yapping on about it on a spiritlove.freeforums.org/viewtopic.php?p=2592&sid=e64333ba789fc91f3f5a6506aad58a7c forum thread (warning - this site is not for the queasy) a couple of weeks ago. And I must thank farside for drawing my attention to this little gem from Gary: "Anything mentioned by me is MY OPINION. I do not medically claim anything and do not state that what I say is correct." ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D How's that for a get-out clause?

Here is another of his sites! www.oracleholistics.co.uk/13.htmlOn the 'original' ABE Healing, he has a legal dept abehealing.org/25.htmlI wonder if they told him to state that as his get-out. I doubt it cos it has his style plastered all over it.

Let's not forget that when he's not performing psychic surgery Gary is also a physical medium. Feast your eyes on this statement from his website: "I have also now started doing physical mediumship in which spirit have lifted tables off the floor, answered questions through a series of knocks and even tapped out well known theme songs." WTF!!!!? I think this calls for further investigation. I wonder if the spirits will put on a show under controlled conditions? Oh...but I forgot. "Anything mentioned by me is my opinion. I do not medically claim anything and do not state that what I say is correct".

Yes, that's what I thought. Still, if Gary doesn't do it already I'm sure he's working on it - you can't have too many strings to your bow!

The theme tune of "One Foot in the Grave" would be a show-stopper. And I think it's "materializing mediums" that produce ectoplasm from various bodily orifices. Physical mediumship is more of a "rap twice if there's nobody there", flying trumpets and apports kind of thing. And well-known theme tunes, of course.

From what I gather it was mainly bad reading, continual disprution to meetings, loads of complaints about his healing methods and mainly just putting his foot down and demanding that he was right about just about everything. maddie, Someone with the username harrow17679 has posted this on Uk Skeptics.... Perhaps I have misunderstood you.

From the spirit love site, Gary is going to sue AND shut down ;D ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jon claims to always look at both sides of the argument yet when you ask hi a question he can't answer he doesn't if you read up to my last comment I asked him a couple of questions then someone asked a question after me. He answered them but not me as if I hadn't commented. He seems to does this a lot. On his site if you go to the sally morgans page and read the comments at the bottom there is one bit where a Journalist supports sally. Jon asked for a mp3 copy of the reading and asks him some questions. Now from reading it you would think the journalist did not want to reply however if you watch this video clip you will see that the journalist couldn't reply because Jon provoked his membership and then on the comments pushed him for an answer How is he meant to reply Jon? Telepathy? Shouyld be easy for you as you were top in your class weren't you? Check it out everyone it shows how sad Jon is. I think everyone on bad psychics should put a court case against him. In my case Jon what I am sueing you for is mentioning things I have never said and then when I point it out and ask you to change it you don't that's deformation as well as rude :-D There's plenty more videos to come. Does anyone know what company hosts badpsychics as I'm sure if we write to them thewy won't allow this

and more primary school level crap: ---------------------------------------
Jon where is the voice of reason I thought you had.
We're teh fakes aren't we. So how come we are still commenting and giving answers. If you claim the we are frauds the least you can do is answer our questions.
I agree with Daniel I think we should ignore him
It would be great if someone could find out what company hosts his website as I think they would soon close it down if they saw all the biased crap he put's on there.
Alternativly we could take him to court but it's very long, drawn out and I do think he's intentions in the beginning were to catch frauds then when I think he saw mediums around him that could actually do readings and found that he couldn't because destined to prove everyne wrong. Rainbow I think you should add a forum called the truth about badpsychics.com were we can mention what bad psychics is really doing!
