I will stress that I'm not here to wind people up but I would understand people being sceptical about any believer joining at least until they have posted a few times. Pull up a chair and welcome to the forum. I think your fears are unfounded, the worst thing that will happen is a member asking you to back something up IF you make a bold assertion.

I believe in an afterlife. I am of the opinion that there are genuine mediums but probably a lot more who are not. I can understand the depth of feeling that sceptics have for the frauds who knowingly con people, it makes me angry too, I would say that those people are pondlife but it would be an insult to pondlife. I understand that there are different levels of what some people call "woo" lol while I admit to being defensive of my own experiences (the reasons behind my belief), I like to think that I am not so blind to it that I can't consider alternative explanations. I don't think that every weird thing that happens to me is paranormal, I do try to look for the logical answer for Jesus's face appearing in my Rice Crispies before I e mail my story to Chat it's fate! ;D Thanks for the welcome. I think we all would hope there to be genuine mediums out there but so far judging from the information we have it isn't looking too good
I've had a particular personal experience which I felt strongly showed me something but my logical side has grown stronger with the information and science knowledge available now so I would say in my head I feel there really is nothing beyond this life but my heart hopes there is.

Hi all, I did join a while back but couldn't remember my log in, so have joined again.
A bit about me... I think I was probably one of the first members of Bad Psychic's, after Nic of course. I have attended many paranormal investigations, seen some bad groups and also a few who were ok. I would class myself as a sitting on the fence as I have never seen anything which could convince me of the fact that ghosts actually exist. When it comes to mediums/Psychics then I am afraid I dont believe a word they say, I have seen too many during investigations and was not impressed.
Chat soon BB x
