I watched it last night with my two older children (they do appreciate it's b***cks). I reckon that Leslie was "put" in there to save the show. I think she did too. It was bloody brilliant. We were screaming with laughter!! I thought that was why they got rid of Richard Felix, they didnt need an historian.

Good evening.... this is my inaugural post, and like many others here I have been through the test of faith that was the last MHL. For Heavens sake - or should that be Hell's ? is the new medium on some kind of staellite delay, or just very strong medication? I do miss david Wells. At least he seemed to truly believe in his spirits and the sanctity of the spirit world - and was prepared to suggest that goading possibly disturbed spirits with colourful language and challenges was pretty irresponsible IF it's meant to be serious paranormal investigation. But hey, what am i thinking, it hasn't been that since Granny died and Autnie Ethel got her left bloomer trapped in the mangle.... And Granny has thrown that many stones at Yvette you'd think she'd have taken the hint by now. And where are all the old crew members - Wigan's still there, but I suspect he's been indentured via some pact with the devil that can only be broken by saying outloud with a straight face "I believe nothing on MH is faked" - poor sod, a lifetime of crouching down to hug Cath and having to put up with Yvette saying SHHH and "Stop Moving" as though it's going to make any difference. I miss the two Jons, Jon Dibley - the totty, and Big John the sound guy who used to succumb to such spectacular psychic interference that they were picking up his collapses as seismic occurences! One of my most favourite moments was Jon D instructing an entity to grab his b*ll*cks - a very brave move when trapped in a confined space with Yvette and Derek (I think). Was it a coincidence he left shoerlty after that? Are Antix funding a padded cell for him? It was obviously getting a bit much for the poor lamb. But honestly, the Turin show has to be another all time low in the history of it - any lower and they'll be limbo dancing under the seance table. I have a healthy respect for things I cannot explain, and whether or not demons etc exist I think it's a tad irresponsible going around conjuring them up - or rather trying to. Why oh why don't they use locked off cameras, over sensible periods of time, and why don't they gaffer tape the girls mouths shut so that there is more than a reote chance that the viewers might actually hear some of the tapping, growling and whining that doesn't come from them?? Thanks for listening folks, and hope you don't mind my rant, but it feels so good to get it off my chest. Sweet Dreams

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but something interesting came up tonight. no, nothing spiritual but when the camera had an error it reset itself and, at 10pm it gave the time as 11.20pm. I know the place is an hour ahead of us, but why the extra 20 minutes? Is that how long it's taking to reach us or is it not exactly 'live', with that 20 minute bit some 'live' shows have to that certain things can be quickly edited. Perhaps something really blatant happened just when they had a 'malfunction'. Maybe Karl and Stu were doing some serious disrespecting and the feed was cut so that the authorities wouldn't see...? Now the whole of MHL25 is on YouTube, I managed to find when this happened. This is what was broadcast at 10pm on March 29th... I can understand the one hour time difference, but why is their camera showing a 20 minute discrepency? The clip of it is here: 7m50s in.

Oh dear me, here's a terrible thought. The MH team making one of those nude calendars that people with no imagination think are so amusing and original. Fair makes you dry heave, doesn't it?
