All religions are b*****ks, arrest me! And arrest me too! When will we be free from the dark aged thoughts and believes? Because that's where all the religions come from. Some people still follow this without thinking for themselves. Human kind is developing as we speak. oh well, let's give it some more time.

There is a strong possibility that this is the thin end of the wedge. How easy is it to change an existing law? When the mainstream press mostly missed this one coming in?

All religions are b*****ks, arrest me! It's not against the law to say that though, is it?

It's just another half baked Labour bulls*it law that is a rather transparent attempt to pander to the religously deluded voter...anyone notice how these things tend to start cropping up *just* before an election? I'd like to see them take anyone to court under this law. In fact I intend to start campaigning for a law to protect believers of fairies, leprechauns, big foot , the loch ness monster and santa!!! All religions are b*****ks, arrest me! It's not against the law to say that though, is it? I'm sure some extremists would find it offensive and inciteful, any excuse these days it seems

All religions are b*****ks, arrest me! It's not against the law to say that though, is it? Exactly my point. Criticising religions is not illegal. Glad you noticed, anyway.

I must say I feel people are over reacting to this law, I have never heard anyone on this board say anything even slightly hateful, I would be offended if anyone did, every person has the right to protection from the hatred of others, we should be free to criticize and you cant stop people from being insulted but hate is another thing. So how does someone who enforces this law distinguish the difference between a criticism or dislike to causing racial hatred? this is the problem, and as said the lawyers are likely to have a field day. and unfortunately this law is unlikely to be used to stop hatred between different religions. but the law on its own is not a problem.
