Hey LR, just because we have a few more sceptics on the site dont go all moody! Its usualy me against 4 or 5 mediums on my own, so it makes a nice change dont you think.
As for people being funny, well we all need a lighthearted break from the stresses of the world

Lowrider old man ( seeing as we are being nice and familiar I hope you don't mind me calling you that), I'm sorry if you are not amused by my admittedly rather sarcastic post, I'm sure you are a nice person and I expect I would gladly spend time quaffing ale and laughing about the absurdity of modern existence with you. I would very much like to get to know the folks here and I will try not to cause any offense, however I do have a rather strong view point about certain subjects hence my visit to this fine site and others like it, so once again if anything I discuss or post here offends you or anyone else Its purely non personal and shouldn't be taken as such, I tend to judge people by what they do rather than what they are. I would very much like to know what you mean by " I am a medium and not the love and light type"? , this would, by an exercise in logic, leave the "hate and dark type" which as you can imagine raises some questions, can you elaborate on that?...and are you *sure* about the voodoo? I have many tangible things to discuss and I guess I will start with the question I have raised above, but you will have to forgive my ignorance once again as I have a "logic brain fart" when attempting to discuss something "tangible" about mediums and their ilk as they have never actually produced any tangible evidence to examine or discuss, unless of course you wish to talk about politics or some other subject but considering the forum this is probably not the best place to do that. However I would like to start a discussion and to cause as little offense as possible this isn't directed at anyone specific, just a general statement.. My view is that people who state they have some supernatural power or psychic ability (who actually believe they have these skills) are really suffering from a form of narcissism where in order to obtain some meaning to their lives and to feel important and special in the vast emptiness of the universe as we know it and who really can't except the vast amount of scientific evidence that life really is just a random result of fundamental universal laws, what is your opinion on this assumption? And as for a love fest, sure why not ..all you need is love Lowrider

Ok i didn't get sarcastic on the subject rather on mediumship as a whole, that is the problem with a forum. As to old man I will think about it. Prefer bad tempered middle age sod. If i live to 96. Love and light I am first before a medium, a biker and not fond of turn the other cheek and see everyones point of view crap. I tend to be of the ilk ,you get in my face then i will get in yours. Of late more so but that is my problem. I don't need mediumship to feel special and in fact have no need to get that from anyone else except my close friends and family. It is also a huge generalization,i have visited many sites populated by sceptics that seem to think using 10 words instead of 2 makes them seem way above the rest of the population. Do all sceptics feel they have to prove they have a vocabulary?? I also see sceptics that seem to think that they know all the answers and are on this earth to save the poor fools that are the believers and fence sitters. Megalomania in all skeptics? Stick it. Hate the Beatles as well.

As for people being funny, well we all need a lighthearted break from the stresses of the world Like when has there been 4/5 medium on this site. Not being moody but at times when it seems sceptics can spit bile on any subject with immunity and use my wifes disability to try to score points on a mediumship topic is it any wonder my hackles rise at times.

You, Kendra, Jomarie, mamagpi, fromtheotherside, hotchic, whitewolf, JK
Do i need to go on?
I agree that sometimes using someones disability can be a bit off, but it can also prove a serious point.
For example i spoke to someone on a different forum, someone who had been "cured" by psychic surgeon Steven Turoff, he apparently removed a "growth" from their spine and so on.
yet their husband is dying, i should be able to ask why the husband hasnt been cured if it is all real.
Ok, i know you dont believe in that nonsense, and as such your wifes disability shouldnt be an issue to talk about, unless of course you yourself bring it up.
I once had Kendra shout at me after I asked why she never got one of her reiki friends to heal her disabled son,
