So lets compare two events: Last night Karl and Stu rip out of straight jackets, go unconcious and generally lose the plot all at the behest of a spirit.
Tonight: One sceptic sits alone in a room and the best 6 baby eating witches can muster up is to tickle his right ear for a fraction of a second...despite having physically pulled Brian into a room not 30 minutes earlier...*rolls eyes

Just toddled onto the MH forum and ive never laughed so much in my life at some of the complete rubbish people were offering as comments . Years back i used to pop in from time to time for a look about but its got a million times worse since then ....apart from a few sane voices of reason it seems to be vastly populated with complete and utter nutters . forums.virginmedia.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?tsn=1&nav=messages&webtag=vmlvhaunted&tid=6318I note though that Yvette and co have decended even further down their now irreversible route to the pan and have been attempting to "call up the devil " in this latest pile of week long steaming poo . What an absolute crock of sensationalist , idoitic , ratings desperate and utterly irresonsible crap ....if you dont believe in it then of course you can be safe in the knowledge that trying to conjour up something that doesnt exist is ridiculous ....if you do believe in it like it would seem most of the MH live forum do you can either crap yourself that in listening to them chant some incantation with no "protection " your now gonna get a visit from the horned one over your cornflakes or offer the safety advise of tossing a tub of salt round your home (someone actually said black pepper will do PMSL) and asking the "good angels " to look after you whilst burning a candle and presumably reciting the lords prayer whilst clutching a crucifix and dousing your remote control in holy water (maybe irn bru might suffice ). Presumably the only voices these people CANT hear in their heads is the one screaming ..... SWITCH OFF THE TELEVISION YOU ARE BEING MANIPULATED BY COMPLETE MORONS . Incidently , is there not some rule in the tv guidelines that has something to say about calling up the devil or satanic rituals or practises ? I seem to remember this being brought up before questioning the MH'S love of broadcasting this particular brand of rubbish about calling up the devil etc ? Anyone got the link to the broadcasting laws surrounding this kind of thing ?

Dear Fluffet, I find the previous post offensive. Irn Bru IS holy water to us Scots, whisky is the chaser and haggis with a porridge chaser our national dish. And the only time I doused my remote was an incident I'd rather forget. LOL
Cheers
T ;D

PMSL Tetchy Your quite right , my inclusion of our national drink "the bru" in the same post as such mediocracy as MH is tantamount to carbonated nectar blasphemy and i shall forever no doubt suffer the punishment of "mooth as dry as the bottom o a budgie cage " for my fatal error I do however believe that the resulting rift after a slug of the holy bru would infact be more entertaining than an entire series of MH ;D

I have just read the MH forum and what utter gullible idiots. MH is fake and an entertainment programme, im mean how old are some of these people on the MH forum? all this protection stuff is in the mind? if you believe you need protection, then protect yourself, but to be quite honest it's all 'in the mind' of the individual. I watched the last hour of the show last night (god knows why) probably curiosity value and i can't comprehend why people still take this seriously, the stunts the MH crew keep trying are just ridiculous!
It's getting to the point now where it's becoming embarrassing, even just to say you watch this show...

Could any ''medics'' on this forum confirm whether or not it is possible to remain standing whilst unconscious? I fell asleep while standing up in a bus once. I woke up 10 minutes into the journey still standing and holding onto a rail with one hand, with a lot of laughing passengers staring at me...

Didn't even bother watching third night - the last hour of the first two ''shows'' is more than a sane man can take! Actually, Ive found something even more cerebrally challenging and stimulating to do - there's a patch of wet paint on my wall that needs watching while it drys!!!

Just thought of a question for any Woos that still might be on here - why do participants in these ''vigils'' etc - call upon the''spirits'' at the ''witching hour''? Yvette did this a couple of nights ago. How do the spirits know the time - do they wear watches? - seriously, I would like to know, because the whole concept of ''time'' is an artificial one anyway, created by modern Man to measure his way through each day. The reference to midnight is purely one for reading a clock etc. Any thoughts would be welcome.

I haven't been able to watch this MHL, just watched the ''unconscious'' Stuart though PMSL.
I have medical knowledge and experience and can say that having seen many truly unconscious patients and others who are blatantly faking it, Stu's little attempt has to go down as one of the most pathetic in a while. People who are unconscious drop to the floor, they don't stand there upright hehe.
I question the validity of the supposed paramedics, I doubt they are state registered and if they are need some refresher training in what an u/c patient looks like! I would have put op airway in him and watched him gag lol!

Oh jebus! They just did a Voodoo doll experiment with the Brian the 'psychic' Funniest thing ever as Yvette said I'm sticking the pin in the right leg, Brian 'on Q clutched his right leg...unfortunatly, Yvette mistakenly stuck the pin in the left leg ;D The mind boggles at how awful this show is.

I think you have answered your question indirectly by placing it in the board that you have - its Most Haunted after all! They do things that no-one else would do for no apparent reason other than for commercial reasons - in this case it makes good theatrics to pretend that there will be more of a response at midnight - what a load of s**t.

Just flicked over onto the repeated MH at the moment when Stuart said "It smells like a rat's crawled up your arse and died" in reference to a bad smell!!
Couldnt have summised my opinion of the show better if I'd tried!! pmsl!

The voodoo stuff was classic, Brian could obviously hear what Yvette was saying and so reacted accordingly

Last night was so f***ing funny.. Brain would do stuff as soon as yvvette was finishing saying what was going to happen next and the rest of the team where saying where they where sticking the pin next so yes he knew exactly where he was going to be pricked and acted so badly.. If Voodoo does actually work im sure that last nights show would make anyone try it know and if a death happens they would blame most haunted's antics even though i know nothing will ever happen like that but it could warp somebody and make them believe in something that is so much coddle woddle.. Anyway it was funny as there was nothing else of intrest on..
