The hanging experiment , Karls potty mouth (he didnt even realise he was able to be heard you want to have seen his face when he did realise) not to mention his "womb" joke which was in incredible bad taste, the hysterical prank call mission that happened at most EVERY location (numbers were easily available in certain forums ) being touted intially by the team as "paranormal", the ridiculous faraday experiment , the penutimate mass faint out resulting in yet another paramedic crew having their time wasted needlessly , and a sound drubbing from several tv forums one of which had more people reading it and laughing than they probs had watching .....that and a thousand other moments have put the final nail in the cardboard coffin for MH it would seem.
There was simply too many incidents to mention .....and perhaps this time Ofcom wont be ignoring it.

Rom ...It was a pitiful and totally jaw dropper attempt at humour by Potty mouth Karl.....and even brought a gasp of horror then silence from the assembled audience of MHaphiles. After scaring the s*it out of Yvette (not that it takes much) by pressing the button on the radio making a "kshhhhhhhh" noise she said "Jeez Karl you gave me a fright i nearly gave birth there" To which he replied "well that would be hard ...you havent got a womb" *Tumbleweed* *Nervous cough* *Oooooooo then stunned silence from the audience*

Right, thanks. Hilarious.
At least when MH finally goes belly up he can fall back on a career in comedy...

I just can't stomach this programme anymore. It's gone beyond what was originally, I thought, a novel and interesting idea with a good concept (when it first started) through slightly amusing, into vaguely irritating and is now in the realms of utter unwatchable, condescending, ignorant rubbish. What really sticks in my throat is the way they flaunt their wealth on their 'Karl and Yvette at home' type programmes, which they run trailers for during the breaks. Hearing Karl admit he's bought another car (6 or 7 cars now) in the same manner my husband would admit that yes, he did stay for another pint (i.e. shamelessly and with no real remorse!) or watching him slip an expensive ring on Yvette's finger whilst she accepts his offer of marriage for a second time around makes me sick. They seem to me to be openly saying, "Look you sad, ordinary working people, we're rich because of your ignorance/need/belief system/desperation/fill in reason of choice." It's really rubbing salt into the wound and I can't quite believe they are insensitive enough to do it. Or can I? Believe it or not, throughout the whole week I've watched less than an hour of the show as a whole and in that time I've seen more ad breaks (and hence more of Karl and Yvette's ideal lifestyle) than MH itself. Thankfully. Do I sound bitter? Lol! I don't mean to. I don't begrudge anyone wealth or success but this seems particularly crass to me. And to think there was a time when I wouldn't have missed an episode! More fool me, eh? I totally agreed with this post when I first read it and having just caught 10 minutes of their "at home" programme with the cars & ring I felt I had to post my thoughts that it is obscene and taking the p*ss out of all those who have and continue to put money into their hands! They show their true colours in flaunting money given to them for fraudulent behaviour which is no different from the psychic/mediums we have exposed.
By the way here is the karma I meant to give you Romany when I first read this post!!
