another new show: downloaded it, will watch it later (its 8.30 am and i'm off to bed now), looks like the usual stuff from what i have seen so far. dsc.discovery.com/tv/ghost-lab/ghost-lab.htmlwww.tvrage.com/shows/id-23905"Join Brad and Barry Klinge of Everyday Paranormal ( www.everydayparanormal.com/ ) as they investigate reportedly haunted locations with some of the most advanced technology available today. Their on-site tech lab allows them to check their evidence nearly real-time, allowing them to focus on suspected hotspots of activity." a line from the bio of one of the presenters: dsc.discovery.com/tv/ghost-lab/about/bio.html"He has always had an interest in the supernatural, and that multiplied tenfold in the summer of 1990, when he was able to witness and film one of the most phenomenal supernatural events ever recorded — an actual ghost regiment." anyone seen this footage? /me off to bed.

I finally got around to watching this show last night- its Ghost Hunters, with a few more gadgets. The format is almost identical.
The footage I mentioned is actually shown in small segments and is the usual jerky handcam footage, and isn't very convincing.

Those ghosts must be getting pretty scared now that the ghost hunters have access to all those gadgets. They are all so sciency and techy - literally to die for.

But what I'm asking myself is how hacks like these can even begin to afford the stuff they're using. Must be some serious money behind this.

Where did the get the dosh before their unique talent was dicovered by that reputable channel? You'd rather expect to find guys like these in some corner boozer rather than equipped with the latest electronical goodies.

Many of these investimagation groups charge gullible punters fees to tag along when they do an investimagation. I suspect some of them will have decent jobs or disposable income of some kind to fund their hi-tech Scooby Dooing and shadow chasing. morganp

Just happened to catch a glimpse of `Destination Truth` on the SYFI channel last night. Is this a new show? from what I saw its rubbish. They where walking around Easter Island wearing what can only be described as, flame throwers, `I thought these had been internationally banned`. What plonkers some people are, it looked for all the world like a SYFI version of TAPS. ;D
