Karl and Yvette have had to sell a number of their flash cars just to survive! Bad times which get worse as they have also been asked to leave their offices in Stockport.
Also apparent Monster Movies and Antix Productions have gone down the pan, and the latest on their movie project is that the investors they had have now pulled out cause Yvette and Karl were being arses!
A bad ass who will beat you like he's using the fists of god.
Did this all happen over the weekend then or does the 'source' say it was prior ? They only got back in the country this weekend after a fortnights holiday abroad which seems like a weird thing to do if the arse is falling out of your projects left right and centre and your flogging your cars to survive ?
If so, please forgive the old cynic in me and the tiniest trace of 'woo' when I say I aways believed in the mantra, 'what goes around, comes around' (well, not always believed in it, but it fits sometimes!)
I've said in a thread or two on here previously that it really stuck in my craw the way they flashed their dosh on their 'look at us aren't we brilliant and rich' At home with ...programmes. It would be poetic justice if they had to give up a little of that wealth now, wouldn't it?
Of course, they won't see it like that. It won't even cross their minds that perhaps they weren't so deserving of every last penny after all.
IF it is true, then I almost feel sorry for them. Almost.
It's just gossip till it's substantiated with something in the way of tangible confirmation mate...either way the Beatties reign on paranormal tv will have plenty of keen heirs to the throne ( a big porcelain one) and next week, month, year should this gossip be more than just that another show/person will take their place.
The whole genre is a tv money maker and despite the fall from grace of MH with fans there is always another similar offspring born from its template that will be adopted for a time till the next "groundbreaking" attempt is ushered out with the same initial claims of being "unique" "really genuine" and "determined" only to invitably become "generic" "contrived" and " aimless" within time.
People will watch ,some for fun , some to attack it ,some with the kind of belief and fervour that would give a psychologist work for a decade....and yes someone will make money as a result ....and I think personally I've come to recognise that if I choose to watch , if anyone does for whatever reason then we have to accept we help create the "media monsters" we then come to dislike....without our eyes they would have no audience.
They of course have a choice in the matter and Antix seem to have made many bad choices over the years ...but when you look at the genre they went into we can't expect them to be apologetic or modest in nature realistically , if the whole premise of their work is built on something that requires the viewer to wait patiently for something that they can never provide its likely that anyone involved would require some level of bravado and ego to attempt that not to mention a bent for elaborating on and embelishing the truth to make it appear ever so more appealing than the reality really is.

Hi Fluff, agree with you.We just have to sit back and wait until the next lot come along, to see what is up their sleeves. They are like buses one arrives and goes, one comes along albeit late but we still wait. So long as they do not get it into their heads [ Yvette and Karl] that is, that by getting rid of some of their assets namely cars that they are going green and becoming environmentalists. They do live on a farm don`t they?. ;D
your never too old to set a new goal or dream a new dream[C.S Lewis]
I'd like them to knock on my door, i would defernately be asking them to do a trick as of course they're professional at it with all the fakery they do or instead i'll find the biggest frying pan in my cupboard and bash their heads with it.
So where did it all go, i mean that doc a while back had them living it large in the countryside. Maybe they'll have to move to some where cheaper like the countryside in the Ukraine.;D
Doubting Gods existence is ok and perfectly acceptable within Christianity as long as the person doubting remains OBEDIENT and Committed to the CHRISTIAN PATH. said in 2004 on radio Real Live Preacher. I get it now even if you don't want to its ok cause you will still do it confused.
