£400m Free Therapies With No Psychic Bull

I find this very good news. A real and better alternative to Psychic and Alternative ripoffs

"A scheme has been launched to use 'talking therapies' rather than drugs to treat more than a million people who have mental health problems.

The Department of Health's Mental Health Strategy puts more than £400m into therapies like counselling which re-train the mind to think more positively.

But counselling is more effective than pills at fixing underlying causes of mental illness.

Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg said the strategy will give mental health the priority it deserves."

I think this is a great way forward. The number of people who are now dependent on man made prescription drugs for their illness is staggering. I hope it is a great success.

I wonder what qualifications are required to be a Talk Therapist. It is just I would like to comparer them with the qualifications required to be a Psychic Therapist/Counselor.
