this guys is a lot less sinister than Turoff.
Ray just seems to be a bit of a nut, deluded as opposed to a fraud to be honest.
I think that losing his mom, having 2 terrible marriages and a life full of crap, he has found a way to excape this, and thats where Paul comes in.
Now lets forget the fact that St Paul would not speak English, would not sound ANYTHING like Rays poor impression, and in fact would've most likely spoke Greek! What the fu-ck is he doing in this blokes body anyway. The logistics and likely hood even if this was real is just ridiculous.
Saint Paul is NOT taking over Rays body, he is not healing anyway.
Pure placebo on Rays clients.
Ray has a more humble life it seems, and in that i will admit that i dont think Ray is an out and out fraud.
Just deluded, schizophrenic, I think any psychologust would agree with me.
I saw no proof of his abilities, just people who want to believe, and with the placebo effect they do feel some temp effects,
NOTE, The BBC have themselves described this series as looking at fake psychic healers, dont forget that.

Well said Ian, and I agree. The problem is that people believe in him and people like him, and as long as their are such people, then people like Ray will not go away

I know this an old thread, but thought I could add something.....
I met Ray a couple of years back, he had a day clinic and did a dem at a venue near me.
I watched as he went into "trance", though didn't feel much energy around him. During the dem it appeared he used mainly manipulation and pressure point techniques, much like acupressure. During the day clinic it was like a revolving door, each client would take about ten, fifteen minutes at £30 a go..... He must of had around 25 clients that day.
Personaly I think Ray and Gillian know exactly what they are doing.....
