The new rules on TDA, why not say "Don't come on this forum unless you love Derek" too many obstacles. A let a friend know of the address and not they are not so sure to join, this is what your greeted with when joining.

Rules are necessary for any community and the same applies to Talk Derek Acorah. We hope that all who visit here will enjoy their time with us. We ask that all members come to the board with an awareness that Respect for Self and for Others is a key principle of Talk Derek Acorah. Please always remember that whilst this may be an internet message board, those on the receiving end of your words are real people.
Bullying, Intimidation and Harrassement
Bullying of other members or intimidation of any sort will not be tolerated. This will not only apply to activities within the board. Reports of bullying or initimidation by a member of the board or members involved with ANY activity or event associated with Derek Acorah, will be fully investigated. Complaints of bullying or intimidation will be treated very seriously. If a member is found to have bullied or intimidated another member, they will be removed from the forum. If members consider they are being bullied we ask that they compile as much evidence as possible to support their complaint.
Membership
Membership of Talk Derek Acorah is open to anyone who is over the age of 16. Membership under the age of 16 is not permitted.
Multiple registrations by members are not permitted. Anyone found to be using multiple identies on the board will be contacted to resolve the situation. Please be aware that in such a situation we reserve the right to suspend membership for six months.
Account sharing is not permitted. Your account is for your sole use. Members found to have given their user name and password to enable others to enter the board will incur an automatic three month suspension.
Whilst we accept that not everyone will want to post on the board, we must ask that in order for your account to remain open you either contact a member of the administration team or make two posts within a one-month time frame.
Accounts will be deemed inactive if not used for a period of two months. The administration team will contact members who hold inactive accounts in order to discuss their wishes in respect of termination of membership.
Personal discussions with Derek Acorah and/or his associates
Often members of the board will have the opportunity to talk to Derek after one of his shows.
Other members may have known Derek and his family for some time. Would you all please remember that a personal and private discussion with either Derek Acorah, Gwen Acorah, Ray Rodaway or others associated with enabling Derek to continue his work is just that. Personal and Private. Comments made by any of the parties mentioned in such a conversation are not to be reproduced on this board unless permission was specifically granted by those involved.
Discrimination on the Grounds of Race, Creed, Gender, Sexuality, Disability, Age or Gender
Any member found to have posted discriminately or to have discriminated against another member will be removed from the forum.

Opinion is welcome, however, with the freedom to express that opinion comes responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure your point is made with respect and does not constitute an assault on the personality or character of another individual.
Moderation
Every effort will be made to notify members why a post has been deleted or, in some circumstances, why action is being taken to limit their ability to post. The administration team reserves the right to both refuse membership and to terminate the membership of any individual. Such decisions will be taken after full consultation with all members of the administrations team and the individual will be notified of the decison.
Harrasement or attacks on administration in connection with their function or actions when representing Talk Derek Acorah will not be permitted. Any decision made by the Administration Team of Talk Derek Acorah is final.
