I am regulary asked what is my favourite trick of all time. Without a doubt it's Penn & Teller's Goldfish Trick. And no, I don't know how it's done and I don't want to know!!

Ghost the Musical, which closed in the West End in October, is to tour the UK next year, kicking off at the Wales Millenium Centre, Cardiff in April 2013. The show is based on the Oscar winning film starring Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore and features the iconic song "Unchained Melody". The story focuses on Molly and Sam, a couple who are mugged walking home one night. Murdered in the attack, Sam is trapped as a ghost between this world and the next, and unwilling to leave Molly who remains in danger. With the help of a phoney psychic Oda Mae Brown, Sam attempts to communicate with and save Molly. Illusions by Paul Kieve www.ghostthemusical.com/

Ghost is one of my all time fav film's , just love Patrick Swazee, [hope correct spelling], as for Whoopie Goldberg I think she stole the show. ;D. I too do not want to know how tricks are done, I am happy in my ignorance and just want to be entertained and amazed.

Aw, I love Ghost too, Barb. I'm not sure I'd want to see a stage version though, as when I recently went to see the stage musical of Dirty Dancing (another film I love) was really disappointed, it was dreadful. Ghost makes me cry every time, I'm a soppy thing at times. I wouldn't want to know how tricks are done either. I can never even work out in my own head how things are done but that's fine, it keeps the mystery alive. Who'd want to watch a magician if you knew what was happening with every trick?

Here's a simple little trick you can entertain the kids with following the Queens speech. Don't let the simplicity of this put you off, I've performed this dozens of times and it always amuses. OK, over to you Paul.....

Here's some very rare footage of Mr Jinx performing one of his favourite card tricks. This was taken in my local pub. No special camera work or fancy performance just a good ole bit of magic.
