Daughter tells me this woman psychic is claiming to cure cancer and other illnesses she is in australia and my daughter came across her name after chatting to one of her work mates. not on making those claims! she was once on a psychic telly show which was on late at night and possibly still is but think she isnt on there anymore. Heard she charges a lot of money for these so called cures too. anyone heard of her?

Never heard of her. I know in the UK claiming to cure cancer is illegal, not sure of the law in Australia though. Definitely needs reporting to the police if there is any proof of this claim.

not sure of the law there either but was told she did get reported and was fined for her claims because she was on a psychic show making all kinds of claims it drew attention to her. but im told she is still going and has a lot of daft followers who believe her daft claims. always someone ready to part with their hard earned cash. she was on one of these shows where they charge a arm and a leg per minute for a phone reading and get daft callers to part with their money. Australia seems to be lacking some sort of governing body if they allow psychics on telly making false claims.

If you have evidence that she is still making those claims now, collect it all, and pass it to Australian Skeptics, they will know better than me the law in Aus and what best to do. Tell Richard Saunders that Jon from BadPsychics sent you if you do.

thanks Jon I will do if daughter sees any more of her. she was on a telly show called ptv australia, some chat show that charges by the minute for daft listeners to pay to hear rubbish. i heard they are on channel 72 over there but its late at night or early hours of morning and they also show it on a facebook page of theirs. this Debra woman was on there and she just waved her arms im told and then told people she had cleared their charkras? it seems a real den of charlatans over there but suppose its a worldwide thing.
