I wouldn't take much notice of stuff like this, unless i knew people who have had their own incredible experiences. UFO's exist, but what are they, and where are they from?

There is 100% life out there! There is virtually no astronomer that would disagree with that.
My personal opinion is that any intelligent life comparable to our own would be so far away that it would be impossible to ever detect before either us or them became extinct.
The distances involved are just too huge. Not to mention that even if we could make a telescope powerful enough, we would literally be seeing their planet as it was millions of years ago.
