I love these type of things as I love to think that we haven't discovered all animals on earth
However....
I would have hoped the footage was a bit more convincing. Loch Ness is only a couple of hours from me and I've visited the place a good few times and the weather you see in the link is very typical. The water is always almost choppy and apparantly there are a couple layers of under currents that move in opposite directions which makes an object look like it's moving/swimming against the current on top when in fact all it is is something like logs riding on the under current to give that impression.
I personally don't see why it can't be some sort of animal as the loch has passageway cave type things that lead out to sea

It's holiday season again. I think Nessie is psychic, every time someone looks for her she 'tunes in' and does a bunk. ;D

Gordon Holmes (the man who filmed this) appears to be a bit of a dodgy character, I strongly suspect this is a fraud.

Try to get hold of Ronald Binns' excellent (but probably out of print) "The Loch Ness Mystery Solved". It's one of the best pieces of debunking I've come across.
By the way, the Loch Ness Monster "legend" didn't exist before the 1930s.
