This is more an attack on the bible rather than the notion that God exists really.
Any rational mind can tell you the bible is not the word of god but the words of the church at the time who used any means to control the masses as they are still doing not only in Christianity but Islam and every other religion which relies on scriptures.
Two of the people quoted in this (Einstein and Darwin) actually never denied the existence of God/afterlife which would surprise people.
