hya guys... has anyone heard of peter popoff? i have had some mail this past few weeks..."holy water from russia" telling me to drink it..."holy leaves" "holy oil"...but the most worrying was a bag of "holy salt" it looked like a bag of powder..ROFL anyway..i dont order anything like this...so we just asked the polices advise with all the terrorism at min...wish i hadnt bothered...they only got the s.o.c.o. team out  can you imagine the embaressment of that in the middle of a country villiage lol. so im still wondering how they got my address as i dont give it out..and who the heck is sully henderson? (the person it was addressed to)lmao if anyone has been sent gifts by peter popoff..do not call the police...they will be on your doorstep with the terror squad in no time hehe! I belive Popoff's Ministry sents out packets of anodized salt claiming it to be "dead sea salt" I find it difficult to believe that S.O.C.O. would dispatch for a packet of salt. They usually wait 11+ hours for a burglary.

wow..thanks for the replies..ok i will explain as to why s.o.c.o. came out...we live about 15 miles from were the bomb factroy was found in yorkshire....and my daughter was freinds with one of there cousins...so police were being over cautious i felt..they did say they had looked at webisite he had...but as yet i havnet..so thanks for the link will check it out...(youd have to be thicker than me if youd drink water from a spring in russia on some guy's say so with a name like that)
hehe! these forums are cool....oh pilsbury, because the last post i did was locked..if you read this i agree..all frausds should be exposed mate.

Also the S.O.C.O. told you they had looked at Peter Popoff's website? Why would they inform you a civilian of the details of a possible investigation? I hope you dont think I am being pedantic here I just like to understand totally what people are saying so I can respond appropriately. |

oh yah very very long story...there is history with my family and them..as we were on holiday with them when the bomb factory was discovered....so you can imagine my fear having to fly back to uk with them lol.
the police actaully had gone through traces of the family name..and had gotten hold of "flight manefestaions" (which i think are the ticket and flight lists) and we were visited and investigated by the police also,as we were family freinds (not anymore i might add) since then..they have vandalised our car on 2 occasions..and tried to have my daughter arrested for racism! rofl! so i think this is why the police took it so seriously....not because of peterpopoff..but more to do with the history,and maybe the fact that they were getting it sent to me (the police i think just wanted to make sure it was from peterpopoff,and not an attempt by them to "scare" us,although i do think they ordered it and had it sent to me)
we were actually in the daily mirror..but it was almost 2 years ago now..if i can find out the date of the edition ill post it so you can read it (but my copy is in the loft)
as for me thinking you are "predantic"...well im not sure what it means rofl...but i dont judge anyone...ask all the questions you want...as it does sound far fetched...but seriously i will get hubby to find the date we were in the daily mirror..and im sure you'll be able to veiw the edition online in the archives...as a few of my freinds have done this.
but i do warn you...it was the absolute holiday from hell....and the fact that we were with realtives of the terrorist is only half of it lol....
