I hate people like that.. They remind of those Phelps people who get there kids to protest about gay etc etc.. Seriously in my view if god existed he wouldnt allow the stuff thats happening in this world i believe its all one big conspiracy therory to keep from knowing the truth of why where here and why we are so primitive... I believe in a lot of stuff which might be 100% bulls*it but at the end of the day i can believe in what i want to believe for example.. I got sent to sunday school when i was a kid but i lasted 2 weeks and got kicked out for questions and was told id never be in heaven an all this i was like ohhh please im already in hell LOL.. Seriously at the end of the day YOU believe in what you want to believe as no one else should tell you OHHHH you should believe in this cause a BOOK tells me to.. :/

Seen a few clips of jesus camp before, I find it abhorrent and very cult like. They purposely seem to be brainwashing those children into becoming extremely right wing and militant. You cannot reason with people like that.

Those poor children, imagine being lied to and manipulated like this for the sake of someones crazy delusions...the US version of the NSPCC should be getting involved here... And to think that the USA is critical of organisations like Hamas who do the same to their youngsters, these people are just the flip side of the coin. Do these people not realise that by doing this to your kids you are doomed to perpetuate hatred and divsions generation after generation?

certainly makes you think doesnt it, and all in the usa, the land of the free..lol well suppose they would have to have freedom to be able to attempt to indoctrinoate their children like that...WAIT...one sec, isnt that what the usa is supposedly fighting against, i/e the force of evil that is taking over the minds and souls of the younger generation and turning them in to automotons, robots, religious fervour that encompasses their entire reason for being to the state where they would willingly give everything including their lives in order to attempt to destroy those that THEY and THOSE that supposedly taught them BELIEVE are ANTI. but ANTI what.anti them , anti their BELIEFS, COMPLETE HIPPOCRITS, but whats worse is the fact that they are actualy being allowed to force these beliefs on to children in a so called free country that their parents are actualy both witnessing and assisiting with.
osama eat your heart out the usa is ahead of you it would appear.

Do these people not realise that by doing this to your kids you are doomed to perpetuate hatred and divsions generation after generation? Either they don't realise or they don't care. Sadly, I think it might be the latter. People like this generally don't care about the impact they are having on anyone. They are engaged in a war of who is right. They're so convinced that they are right that they will do anything in the name of their faith. Exactly the same with every extremist group out there. This is what always made me laugh about those loons proclaiming that 'God hates fags'. They are so caught up and rabid with the notion that THEY are right, THEY ALONE are the chosen people, that they give not one thought for human decency, respect or tolerance. None of these things means anything to them any more. They have allowed their whole lives to be governed by a cobbled together and endlessly re-written and tweaked work of fiction, to the point where they have abandoned all reason. They're not concerned with getting converts. They're past that. All they're doing is gloating. To me (an agnostic who if they leaned any further towards atheism would topple right on top of it), this is not new - every religious group thinks it's right - it's just that this particular one is unconcerned with winning others over to their cause. I put myself through the ordeal of watching Jeremy Kyle yesterday, because he was talking to the 'God hates fags' brigade, and to my utter astonishment, I actually agreed with him on something. The group claimed that they were not brainwashing their children by getting them to picket and hold up signs. Jezzer replied 'getting a child to hold up a sign which says something that they can't read or think about for themselves is brainwashing of the highest order'. Sadly, he was utterly dumbfounded by the group's lack of respect for others evident in the way they were speaking to his studio audience. The mistake people make when they try to talk to these people is to assume that they subscribe to the unwritten laws of decency and respect that the rest of us do. They don't. To them, their cause is so great that no human is important.

My ex husband was always open minded and accepting of homosexuals. He would be shocked at his father's objection towards them.
Of course, now he's discovered god, he would be one handing out the banners to his children, if he'd got away with it.
I wonder what his reaction would be if one of the children were to declare themselves gay?
Brainwashing, it would seem, is not considered to be cruel. I tried that route with my ex.

With the 'God hates fags' lot, their view is that if something were to happen to one of their children, eg. they had a disability, die, etc., this is a direct reflection on the parents and their inability to live life completely by the word of God. Because no one in their organisation has yet lost a child, this is proof that they are living their lives in a way of which God approves. Strangely, the same thing does not hold true if your child decides to defect. Then, it is simply a matter of your child having been led astray, and you do not have to take responsibility any more for them. They will be going to Hell. Nicely convenient, seeing as one female member has suffered the defection of more than one child, and s othis issue affects her directly.

This video is 21 minutes long..... and is mainly about censorship in America..... but please pay attention to the statement that Frank Zappa makes at about the 10 minute mark. "The biggest threat to America is not communism, it is moving America towards a fascist theocracy"The clip was from 1986 and I think Frank was right!
