I don't know if any of you know about this foundation or not, but I recently spoke to an online friend of mine, who was concerned because she had learnt from the SSFR that as her baby was unchristened when it died at 4 weeks old of heart complications, it would become a ghost, would not be accepted into heaven, and would never be at rest but it was okay as because it was a baby it would not go to hell. That made me feel sick that someone would happily tell someone that. They claim to be a "Spiritual Science Foundation" - is it just me, or are they just using the word "science" to try and give their odd claims some sort of validation? www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org/

only 5% of people who see a light when they die are actually seeing the "true divine light" according to their wesbite, and I quote: "Those people without a genuine desire for God-realisation who see a light are in fact seeing the light generated by an illusion creating subtle sorcerer. Subtle sorcerers due to their high spiritual strength can create illusions of light as well as feelings of peace and happiness radiating from the light. These illusions are created by their spiritual powers and their black energy. They use this as a mechanism to lure subtle bodies and trap them into their slavery." damn those subtle sorcerers! damn them indeed! ;D

Yeah I had flagged this site for an article a while ago (but on an unrelated subject) its run by his "Holiness" Dr Jayant Balaji Athavale who used to be a hypnotherapist, but is now a fakir. The website is a curious mixture of woo and indian (Hindu) religious philosophy. Every single piece of information on the website is a complete fabrication dipped in bulls*it sauce.
It was a tool of the catholic church to convince people that if their baby died unchristened that it would not be waiting for them in heaven (Just a way of raising the amount of revenues and members by emotional blackmail really) these babys would just hang around in the paranormal creche called "limbo" forever and ever etc. Good news though, because the pope is gods earthly representative and "as it is on earth so shall it be in heaven" the pope decided limbo was an unpopular theology so hes since abolished it. Good news for all those billions of babies finally reunited with their parents isnt it.
Babies apparantly do not become ghosts, I mean a ghost of a baby 4 weeks old would just lie there gurgling and smelling a bit off. Not very scary is it? These people are beyond help as they are bats*it insane. They shouldnt be allowed to use the word "scientific" in their organisation as they are far from it.

Any organisation using the words " Spiritual" and "Science" together in the title is either too lazy or too stupid to do any *real* science. I admire the minute detail of some of these claims and statements, it's all so plausable if you dont think about it...ever, or at least don't partake in reality on any level. This is just a smorgesbord of bulls*it psuedo-facts : www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org/spiritualresearch/spiritualfacts/some of my favourites: The wonderfully helpful and "scientific" pi charts showing that 65% of our life is out of our control or "Destiny" the remainder is, im happy to see..in our control..what a marvellous study that must have been. Apparently all of our problems, such as addiction divorce and generally unhappy lives are all down to our " ancestors who have passed away"..those selfish bastards! However it doesnt explain "how" this is possible, but hey its not as if that matters right! It just gets worse as you go down the page...its really amazing that somebody has actually taken the time to create this website. Are you sure this isnt a spoof? ;D

Well if it is a spoof, they deserve a good humor award.
