Now this is interesting.
Is Uri finally gonna admit he is just a mentalist? Surely fellow Greek, Criss Angel isnt gonna allow Uri to spout his nonsense

It sounds awfully familiar to me, didnt he have a series in israel where he was looking for the next big psychic? Im sure it was chris's suggestion that they use the word mentalist instead of psychic. Uri only has three tricks anyway so hes not really a mentalist anyway.

"Mentalist" is a better word choice for a show on American network TV. Americans are very impressed by mentalists and illusionists. On the other hand "psychic", to the great majority of Americans, means a) fortune-tellers or b) telephone psychics, and both are a joke. Also, the network probably doesn't want to risk mail from religious viewers who would point out that the Bible warns against associating with witches, fortune-tellers, sooth-sayers, etc. Just my take on it... I know i'm a bit late adding this but thought it worthy of inclusion.
Many years ago I was in a well known London magic shop. I was talking to someone from the Magic Circle about Mr Geller, apparently he had been offered the opportunity to join the Circle but had declined. His reason? He would loose all credibility if he was to linked to a magic club.
