Do psychics have to give a refund?

Hi, I didn't want to particularly make a new thread about this but I'm hoping that some members can help.

I've found a couple of websites that could possibly make good articles. In one the psychic says he will give a refund at his own discretion. In the other a collective group of psychics only say they will exchange one psychic for another..........Do Psychics have to offer a full refund in money to disatissfied customers? I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks.

I would have thought under the new laws, readings now being classed as a consumer product, then a full refund should be given if a customer isnt satisfied, or another reading offered or a credit note for another service., Well thats how it works in the "real" retail world.

I thought so. I've e-mailed both the psychic and the group of psychics to see if they'll clarify this. The group states in the payment section that there's a full money back guarantee but in the terms and conditions section they only state that they will swap psychics for you and donot mention refunds. I haven't heard anything yet but hopefully I will soon. Thanks.
