Have you all had the chance to watch this wonderful bit of TV in the UK yet? If you the chance, please do check it out. Not only is the acting horrible, but if someone were to use this show to learn about ghosts, they would get the idea all things paranormal were evil.
A Haunting...paranormal TV even worse than Most Haunted!

As all of them are. You can of course have a good laugh as they are all so funny, unintentional of course,as they do take themselves so seriously. I often find myself cringing in embarrassment for them.

Oh I quite like them - to me they're like the old bad B movies of the fifties; I certainly don't believe them, I can't see how any sane person would. But me and the daughter regularly laugh at the worst of them. I think the funniest one was 'The Wheasheaf Horror'; the 'northern' accents of what was obviously an American cast was appalling.
I laughed so hard through most of it because of that alone - I mean, seriously, was there NO ONE who could do better accents? They seemed to drift through Dick Van Dyke's 'Mary Poppins' accent to a sort of Auzzie/c*ckney hybrid monstrosity. So, SO funny. ;D
The one I didn't like was the one about the would be writer who developed an interest in Wicca. It portrayed the religion as being only a step up from devil worship and that her born again Christian son 'saved' her. I found it very insulting to those of the Wiccan religion, and certainly a mate of mine who is a Wicca was very angry when she watched a repeat of it after I'd told her about it.
