"to protect the two- and four-legged on this planet.”
No protection for the six and eight legged then. Or the non legged. I think that's a bit leggist myself.
You can programme stones and water? Marvellous.

If water had a memory, then every single molecule would want revenge for passing through the kidneys of every single being on the planet.
If water had any kind of memory and can pass on the effects then it must be the agent that passes on people dying, because every single being that's had contact with water has died. So we must all stop drinking and washing immediately and will therefore be immortal. Unless we've already been infected, in which case we must make sure our offspring only ever drink milk and mild substitue (not re-hydrated) and therefore they won't be infected and will live forever.
If water has a memory, can it tell me where I left my diary??
If water had a memory, can it remember being a pint of Lumphammer and pass on the effects without me having to pay for it?

If water has a memory, can it tell me where I left my diary?? I see one flaw in this plan... water can't speak.
