FYI the new season of Ghost Hunters starts on August 19. Episode one the team will be investigating Maryland's Mudd House and the Edgewood Plantation in Virginia. I'll be interested to see if they are introducing any new investigative methods this season. Can't wait!

Hi Catharine, and welcome to the site. Yes I too like G H and will be tuning in to watch new series. Although I am now more sceptical about them having seen some of the debunking that has been done to them on this site. You see, they cheat as well, only they do it more professionally i m o than M H. It does make for good viewing though. ;D. Will Tango have gone or Chris or even maybe Steve? will have to wait and see.

I stopped watching it ages ago, because of the fraud. I would however like to see them use any investigation techniques instead of blundering about in the dark. Might make a nice change.

That could possibly happen Bob, but in the dark Jason and his side kick can use a gizmo or two. All high tec, they may even come up with a few new ones. The mind boggles at the thought.

Barb, if I have a blocked toilet, I could call TAPS, but If I have a ghost problem, Ill just get off my arse and do something about it (and probably win a nobel prize in the process).
Their expertise lies in plumbing, and entertaining. Grant is quite a decent pianist though I believe. (that isn't a typo)

Hi Barb,
Thanks for the welcome ;D
I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. Not quite willing to write them off just yet. I like Tango and Steve for the comedy value. And I like Grant for other reasons (swoon!). Jason - meh. Anyway I'll be watching, perhaps more closely now, but still watching.

I like TAPS, mostly to do with them not using spiritualists and mediums. But I liked an episode where they had some famous US basket ball player and they were investigating some old asylum/hospital. There was a big noise and he jumped 5ft in the air outta his skin!
Now, that is entertainment ;D

Bloody good though lol why do I miss all these confessions, they should have a gossip magazine out of all this...............I'd be able to catch up with it all then lol What was the TAPS episode where their hosts faked it by putting speakers in the wall etc

Season 4 Episode 11, Widow's Watch.
The Taps team heads to the coasts to tackle with two investigations. First they travel to Massachusetts to visit the Colonial Inn at Cape Cod. Then they head over to California to investigate the Moss Beach Distillery.

Did anyone catch the episode last week? I kinda had put aside claims that they were faking things, I didn't want to believe that (after investing many hours of TV and youtube watching time!).
But in this episode the faking was SO blatant, it is indisputable. They are clearly filming a male with a hoodie/shirt pulled up over his head running past the infra-red camera. I am disgusted. Go on - say I told you so! ha ha
start watching at 5.21mins.
