Reserve these dates in your diary for the 2011 Skeptics Conference,
being held in Christchurch. The venue has reasonable on-site
accommodation, and we are organising the usual collection of
interesting speakers covering a range of fascinating subjects. (If
you have any suggestions, let us know!)
SKEPTICS IN THE PUB MEETINGS
NEW: The Inaugural Palmerston North Skeptics in the Pub
March 7th sees the addition of Palmerston North to list of cities
hosting a Skeptics in the Pub. The first meeting will be happening
at Rosie O'Grady's Irish Pub, 96 Fitzherbert Ave, Palmerston North.
These events are casual and typically without an agenda. An
opportunity to get together with like minded people and plot to take
over the world with rational thinking and the scientific method.
All welcome, no charge.

P.S. How's this for venal -- the psychics of Sensing Murder are
saying that the dead are getting a kick out of appearing on the
exploitainment show, therefore TVNZ should be funding another
series....
