The book has not been banned. The SNU have simply chosen not to stock it in their book shop/library (their excuse being the book contains a number of discrepancies (in their view) relating to certain criticisms of the SNU). The book is readily available to purchase from many other outlets. I shall be seeking it out for a read, curious to see what all the fuss is about.

Oh good grief, I do need an eye test soon. I read Derek for Eric, and was mystified as to how the old Liverpool warhorse was in the S N P. HELP!!!!.

Who cares! lol It will hardly be an honest book about the truth behind the SNU etc. It will be a load of spiritualist bulls*it, airy fairy crap.
Now if it was a book revealing the truth behind the intimidation the SNU places on its churches, how they confiscate Church deeds. How they manipulate gullible and vunerable people. How they out and out allow fraud to persist, well then I might buy a copy.
And as for BadPenny. Remember guys this is a girl who sits in the dark, pulls funny faces and does silly voices and all while pretending to be a medium.
There is a couple of words to describe such a person. One is fraud the other is psychotic.
Which one are you BadPenny?

Allegedly there is big trouble at Rancho Stansted (the SNU HQ) where they are now fighting about whose version of bulls*it is the correct one.

Harry i love the way theyr fight over whose bulls*it is right. I remember Glyn Edwards and Ron Jordan disagreeing about whose bulls*it was right, one of them does trance mediumship and the other doesn't believe in it. Yet these are two people pretty high up in the organisation and who teach others.
At least most religions have figured out a line of bulls*it they can agree on, and thats what makes spiritualism the most ridiculous and pathetic religion in history.
Even super nut jobs like the scientologists agree with each other

You will learn more there about the SNU than you would by reading any book. (Your friend Colin Fry has commented there also). My copy of Eric Hatton's book 'Taking up the challenge' arrived yesterday. That'll be my reading over the weekend.

I have no interest in "learning" anything about the SNU, why would i? They are a bulls*it organisation, run by bulls*it, promoting bulls*it, selling bulls*it and talking bulls*it.
ANY medium who is part of, was part of, or talks about anything to do with spiriualism or the SNU is also bulls*it.
And you BadPenny are an idiot for wasting any of your time believing in such nonsense, and also performing such nonsense.
There is a special place in "hell" for anyone who takes money from people and then pretends to talk to the dead.

When you've finished all your bulls*itting and had a chance to calm down, if you take the trouble to actually read in the link, you might be ever so slightly surprised to find that most, if not all, the attached comments in that link (albeit not quite so eloquently expressed as yours) actually agree with your sentiments re the SNU, its practices and its hierarchy. and why always so tetchy with me, huh? I am not a member of the SNU - and have no intention of ever being. That doesn't stop me, or anyone else for that matter, being interested in what goes on. From what I can see, they are losing members in their droves in the light of recent events over the past year - and like I said, if you actually read the article and its responses you just might get an idea as to the reasons why. i31.Report this post to Admin please.com/albums/c385/SSTforumpics/MISC/M2k_-_Cheshire_Cat_Smiley.gif[/IMG]

It doesn't matter if I agree with peoples views about the SNU. People can attack the SNU as much as they want, but the TRUTH is that they will then go away an peddle their own level of bulls*it! They will then go and take money from vunerable and gullible people.
It is hypocrisy at its highest level.
And I am not tetchy with you BP, I am just pointing out that you are potential just as bad as the people you attack.
The one thing with me is that I attack and expose these people with a clear conscience, knowing I have never conned anyone, never pretended to talk to the dead, and never perpetuated delusion.
