So she just popped up from nowhere? There was no reason for her originally joining then..manifested from nothing! Why does she stay on here? You saved her life once and she owes you a huge debt..what? I don't understand the animosity towards skeptomatic. No animosity on my part,but it comes a point that if people want to throw crap then they must expect it in return, Sceptic site or not anybody on here medium or otherwise has the right to respond to attacks. |

The reason I come here is because I enjoy it. I like mixing with like-minded people, and it helps to work through some of the stuff I used to believe. I also get tips and ideas on debunking psychics. This is important to me on a personal level because I know many believers who continue to be ripped off by charlatans. I also have a strong social conscience and I don't like seeing people taken advantage of when they are grieving or otherwise suffering. This is a cruel world and there are a lot of cruel people in it. If I can help someone avoid those who would exploit them, I am happy. Coming here has directed me to some of the tools to be able to do that in a small, but important way.
I spent a large portion of my life being deluded by religious practitioners, dogma, quacks and frauds. I suppose it does make me a little bitter, but I am doing something practical with that bitterness.
May I remind you that this board is called 'Bad Psychics'. That you chose to come to a board which is owned by a well-known skeptic and called 'BAD Psychics', and defend yourself is admirable, but if anyone is out-of-place here, it's the believers.... NOT the skeptics. Perhaps you need to go and start your own board called 'BAD SKEPTICS.'
Lastly, your personal attacks on me are amusing, rather than hurtful. I suggest to avoid showing yourselves in a very unflattering light that you spend more time on here trying to explain how your so-called skills actually work, and less time trying unsuccessfully to rubbish anyone who dares to voice a strong opinion about your craft, or lack thereof.

What an arrogant and ignorant piece of toss. Obviously you have ignored all the skeptic arguments against the existence of the paranormal just as you ignore reality. You have to be joking skepto. Have you been blind over the last few months. mediums and believers on here get a load of sh*t tossed at them,often simply because they believe in something.. You believe in one thing,i think driven by a past experience in this realm that blinds you to any other reasoning. In fact you come across as a bitter and vengeful person. I have had a sceptic use my wifes disablity to try and score points against me,that is the level that some morons will descend to. I do no want or desire to get into a slagging match but i feel i had to point this out. Glass houses and windows and all that. A lot more could be achieved on here via understanding of viewpoints of opposing sides and education of both sides if some people could keep the bile down. If that cap fits wear it. It seems as if you roll us all into one hot dog to bite at....Not everyone is the same,and not everyone does the same thing for the same reasons..As well as the knowledge you will gain from BP,it will also add to your bitterness..not quench it! huh? Being bitter although not a great trait, can sometimes give you the impetus to do something about the frauds. Derek Acorah is famously quoted as calling me "The internets Most famous Sceptic" That can be arranged I agree, it would be just like the JREF forum |
